Apply for Assist to receive a reduced bill based on your ability to pay.

Who can apply

Assist can help if you can’t afford your ongoing water bill or would have to go without essentials to pay it.

You do not need to receive benefits to apply.

What you’ll need to apply

You will need:

your total monthly household income*
your monthly rent or mortgage amount
your personal and contact details.

* Add together the income of everyone who lives in your home. This includes wages, benefits, pensions and any other regular income. Please give the amount before tax.

Once we receive your application, we'll let you know if you have been accepted within five working days.

If your application is unsuccessful

If your application is unsuccessful, we may ask you to apply for support through the IE Hub.
