WaterSure can help if you receive benefits and need to use a lot of water.

Debt support scheme – Restart

Restart can help if you have significant debt you can’t repay.

Benefit payments scheme – Water Direct

Water Direct can help if you receive benefits and are behind on your water bill.

Reduced bill scheme – Assist

Assist can help if you can’t afford your ongoing water bill or would have to go without essentials to pay it.

Discount for low-income pensioners

This discount can help if Pension Credit or the State Pension is your only form of income.

What will happen if you do not pay

We will do our best to support you if you need help paying, but if you fail to pay, we will take action to recover any money you owe us.
