Reduced water pressure

We’re experiencing high demand for water due to the current hot weather. To help ensure there is enough water available across our network, we are temporarily reducing water pressure in some areas.

While this may mean that some customers notice lower than normal water pressure, these measures are helping us protect supplies and avoid more significant interruptions to service.

If you still have a water supply, even if the pressure is lower than usual, this is likely due to these temporary measures and does not normally require a visit from our teams.

Please get in touch if you have no water supply or your water pressure is so low that you are unable to carry out essential household activities, such as taking a shower.
