You can easily send us a meter reading online.

When to send us a reading 

You may want to send us a meter reading if:

• you have received an estimated bill
• you have received a meter reading card
• you would like us to review your payment arrangement
• we have requested a reading after receiving your leakage allowance application.

What you'll need

Your meter reading

If your meter has an analogue display, we will only need the black numbers.

If your meter has a digital display, we will only need the first line of numbers.

Your meter serial number

You can find the serial number at the top or on the side of your meter’s case.

Check it matches the one on your bill to make sure you are reading the correct meter.

Your customer number

You can find your customer number in the top right-hand corner of the first section of your bill.
