Contact us deflection and RaP example

The 'deflection' component has maximum of three levels;

  • drop down,
  • section panel,
  • RaP flow or content template (CTA)*.

The first level will be fixed as a drop down.

Can have a maximum of two section panels after drop down

*Each section panel can open either a RaP flow or a content template.
