An introduction to boat fishing

As the waters begin to warm, try fishing from a boat and access deeper and colder areas of the reservoirs.

These bespoke sessions cover how to set up and manoeuvre a boat, and how to use a drogue or anchor.

They are designed to build your confidence and help you fish longer into the season by teaching you early-season methods.

Dates, times and locations

The sessions will be held from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm on:

  • Thursday 2 April at Sutton Bingham
  • Friday 3 April at Hawkridge
  • Sunday 5 April at Clatworthy
  • Thursday 16 April at Sutton Bingham
  • Friday 17 April at Clatworthy
  • Sunday 19 April at Hawkridge
  • Thursday 30 April at Clatworthy
  • Friday 1 May at Hawkridge
  • Sunday 3 May at Sutton Bingham.
